We created MBS Mentor Agency, because helping people become successful and fulfilled is deeply meaningful to us. We have struggled with the same challenges our clients face. We are very familiar with the pressure of job deadlines, family obligations and feelings of inadequacy. We get it. We know there is a better way. In our coaching practice, we provide the tools, strategy and support to help people create meaningful change in their lives. Coaching transformed our lives. We truly feel it is our purpose to help people create the best version of themselves.
Prior to coaching, Kaika has spent over 10 years leading multiple teams in the rewarding career in Healthcare, as a National Certified Pharmacy Technician. He has a degree in Sports and Health Sciences and has enjoyed coaching youth sports for over 16 years. “Seeing the personal growth and progression of each child is the most rewarding feeling.”
Prior to coaching, Tina has held leadership roles in criminal justice, customer service, and human relations management for over 15 years. She has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies. Tina has mentored children and young women for over 10 years. “Serving women as they unleash their gifts to their full potential is my true purpose”
